Two councilors from Metro Manila separately filed resolutions on Monday, March 14, to oppose the P0.89 power rate hike imposed by Manila Electric Company (Meralco).
The separate resolutions authored by Marikina Councilor Joseph Banzon and Quezon City Councilor Karl Castelo follow similar resolutions earlier filed by four Manila City councilors.
