THE NATIONAL POWER Corp. (Napocor) is seeking offers for delivery of a generator set and oil coolers for two state-owned power plants in Luzon.
The approved budget for the contract is P300,000; interested parties pay a non-refundable fee of P1,000 for bidding documents.
Besides the generator set, Napocor will also auction off the contract to supply two pieces oil coolers for the transformer of the 246-Angat hydroelectric power plant in Bulacan.
The approved budget for the contract is P11.11 million; interested parties pay P25,000 for the bidding documents.
"Bidders should have completed, within the prescribed period indicated on the bid documents, a contract similar to the project," Napocor added.
Auctions for both equipment have been scheduled on Oct. 22, with a pre-bid conference on Oct. 4.
Napocor operates and manages all state-owned plants across the country. Through its Small Power Utilities Group, the firm also provides electricity to remote areas not connected to the main power grid. -- CAMCF source
