Alson group of companies led by employees of San Ramon Power Inc. and Western Mindanao Power Corp. Distributed relief at four evacuation centers for refugees who fled their homes at the height of clashes between Moro National Liberation Front rebels and government forces in Zamboanga City.
Alson humanitarian teams assisted families temporiry housed in Immaculate Conception Elementary School and Immaculate Conception Archdiocesan School in Tetuan, the Divisoria Elementary School and the regional Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH-Divisoria).
Western Mindanao Power owns and operates a 100-mega watt diesel power plant in Sangali while San Ramon, is dveloping a 105-MW coal-fired power plant in Sitio San Ramon Talisayan for operation in 2016. source
