CITY OF ILAGAN, Isabela – Ten to
11-hour blackouts are scheduled in nine municipalities in Isabela and Nueva
Ecija today to give way to maintenance works.
The scheduled power supply
interruption in Isabela will be from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. covering the areas
serviced by ISELCO I-Reina Mercedes and ISELCO II-Naguilian & Ilagan
Substations.
Affected towns and cities are Gamu,
Ilagan, Burgos, Naguilian, Benito Soliven, San Mariano, Reina Mercedes and
parts of Cauayan.
The interruption will give way to
the replacement of selected wooden poles and hardware along the Gamu-Reina
Mercedes 69kV line.
Over in Nueva Ecija, the National
Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) announced yesterday that clients
of NEECO II-Area 1 and NEECO II-Area 2 will experience a power outage
from7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
NGCP added that NEECO II Area 1 in
Talavera and some areas Sto. Domingo will likewise be affected by the power
outage.
Other affected areas are those under
NEECO II Area 2, such as the towns of Rizal, Llanera, General Natividad,
Bongabon, Gabaldon, Laur and Palayan City.
